Paying your bill at a bank or financial institution
Be sure to always include your patient account number located at the top of your bill or statement. You must enter letters and numbers only and do not include slashes “/” for the account number. We do not accept e-transfers.
Online Banking
Using your online banking, add “Halton Healthcare Services Corp” as a payee.
In person

Paying your bill by telephone via credit card
To pay your hospital bill using a credit card, please call our Accounts Receivable team at 905-338-4640. Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Paying your bill by mail via cheque
To pay your hospital bill by mail, please include a copy of your invoice or statement or reference your patient account number. Please make your cheque payable to Halton Healthcare Services Corp. and mail it to:

Paying your bill in-person
Payments can be made in-person at the following locations at our hospitals. The offices are open from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) between 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and are closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Please bring a copy of your invoice or statement with you when making payment.
