  • Provides information about hospital policies, processes and recommends next steps
  • Shares your ‘Compliments and Concerns’ with staff

When should I contact a Patient Relations Advisor?

We encourage you to always speak to your nurse, clinical resource nurse or doctor. If you’re not satisfied with the response (or if they’re not available), ask to speak to the Patient Care Manager. If you have concerns that are not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact Patient Relations.
