We operate COVID-19 Testing Centres in Oakville, Milton and Georgetown. For your safety, to prevent crowding and to assist with scheduling, testing is done by appointment only. The safety of our patients, staff and physicians is paramount and we want to ensure that this is maintained at all times. Walk-ins will be asked to call the booking line to make an appointment.
How do I make an Appointment?
Please call 905-203-7963 and listen to the information until you are prompted to press 1 to make an appointment. Clearly state your name, date of birth, health card number and contact information. Please only leave one message and someone will call you back. We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and apologize in advance for any delay returning your call. Please call back if your call is not returned after 24 hours.

What will happen at the COVID-19 Testing Centre?
Please come to the COVID-19 Testing Centre at your scheduled time. You will be registered, assessed, tested and counselled about the next steps.
How will I find out the results of my test?
Patients will be able to review their test results on the Provincial COVID-19 website. Please check the online portal. If you cannot find your results on the website after 5 days, please call us back at 905-203-7963. Only patients with positive results will hear back from Halton Region Public Health.
